Data
PR Septic uses texting service for only that, to communicate basic details to our customers.
PR Septic does not collect extraordinary data other than what the customer sends via text message replies.
PR Septic does not use the data (text message) for more than what that is, a simple correspondence.
PR Septic will use this data to chat back and forth as if you were talking to a friend, boss, or loved one, just to communicate.
PR Septic protects the data via computer security measures, including local computer login and password and typical website authentication.
We also may collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.
PR Septic explicitly assures you that consumers' mobile/messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Location
We may collect and share anonymous location data. To customize our service for you, we and our partners may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used only to provide and improve our service. We may obtain your consent on your first use of the service.
Access
You can request to see or delete your personal data. You can contact us to see or delete any personally identifiable information we have stored, such as your name, address, email, or phone number. You can also contact us by email to request to see or delete this information.
Deletion
We may keep data indefinitely.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may, however, share your personal information in limited circumstances, primarily to support business activities. Specifically, we share your information with Service Titan, which provides the communications platform PR Septic uses for text messaging services.
We require our service providers to keep your personal information secure, and do not allow them to use or share your personal information for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf.
We may also share your personal information when required by law, or when we believe sharing will help to protect the safety, property, or rights of PR Septic, members of our community, and our guests.

How Information Is Secured
PR Septic recognizes the importance of maintaining the security of the information it collects and maintains, and we endeavor to protect information from unauthorized access and damage. PR Septic strives to ensure reasonable security measures are in place, including physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information.

In order to serve you, we may share your personal and anonymous information with other companies, including vendors and contractors.
